Terms and Conditions (GTC):

1. General

1.1 The following conditions apply to all contracts, deliveries and services of Pahna Lebkuchen GmbH and your customers. Any other terms and conditions of the Customer is expressly prohibited.

2. Prize

3. Shipping, packaging, delivery times

5. Acceptance of transfer of risk

7. Retention

When using

9. Payment

10. Place of performance and jurisdiction

10/1 For all disputes arising from the contractual relationship if the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or
